You will receive a notification by email and/or SMS within three working days of your event, when your images are ready for selection. At that point simply log into your account, select the ‘View Photos’ tab to review your photographs. Please note, the photographs in your album are unedited and may show some unwanted elements such as floor area or edge of studio backdrop, however the printed photographs you receive will be cropped and edited.
When selecting your photographs if you select a thumbnail image it will show in a larger size in the main gallery window. Use the magnifying tool in the top right of the gallery window to zoom in on details.
To select a photograph simply click the ‘ADD’ button. The selection will default to ‘original colour’ but you can also select Black and White or Sepia. Simply follow the onscreen prompts. To cancel your selected image, simply click the ‘X’ button beside your selected photograph.

A wide selection of certificate frames and picture frames are available in sizes to suit every photograph size we supply. You can add these to your basket, when ordering your photographs. The frames will then be included in the same delivery as your photographs.
Frames can also be purchased separately from your photograph order, simply by going to the ‘Frame Shop’ link on our website.

This contains a link to our website where you can access and select your images. Once you have chosen your preferred images they are sent for printing and should be delivered within 21 days. You can check the status of your order at any time within your account which is updated automatically.
We offer a range of photo enhancements, including teeth whitening, braces removal, fake tan correction, blemish removal, wrinkle removal, eye brightening, smooth complexion and contouring makeup as well as special requests. We offer time slot bookings for most cermonies, however we are always onsite both before and after your ceremony until every customer has been catered for. Queuing times at most venues do not exceed fifteen minutes at peak times, but this is very dependent on the space available at each venue, and can vary wih many factors including weather, conditions, ceremony times etc. We always recommend arriving early, perhaps two hours before your ceremony, to allow the luxury of collecting your academic robes and having your photograph taken in a relaxed atmosphere.
You will always need to purchase at least one photograph product. There are a number of digital items you can select from. We do not sell digital images of College group photographs.
Attend our designated Pre-Paid area at your event with your booking confirmation. Our studios are typically open from 1 hour prior to each ceremony, unless otherwise instructed by your college. We generally stay open until 30 minutes prior to each ceremony to allow graduates time to be seated. In Some graduations this can be up to 1 hour. When pre-agreed in advance by your institution we will open again after the cermony.
The location of the Lafayette studios will usually be included
in the information provided in the invitation to your event. In addition we
signpost each event (subject to permissions at each venue).
